Time for a honest Review on this: I recently purchased an ad slot on this site and am somewhat unhappy with it. I'm currently receiving about 150 impressions/day. To state things clear here guys. I hate scam and never got scammed here on DP before. After contacting Mr. Finchy for the first time that I feel like not getting enough impressions for a site promoting itself getting 50'000 UV/month, which should get atleast 100'000 impressions/month (A site with 50'000 UV is normally getting 10x the impressions which would be 500'000, but that may be to optimistic for a site like dailywaste) and asking for a refund, i got answer like. I then asked myself "are they limiting the amount of impressions a banner gets?" i mean, using round-robin you normally can't adjust the amount of impressions, isn't it? I immediately filled out a claim on paypal and got following answers: so after posting this in his previous advertising post (same title by the way, but dumped because of my negative feedback) he promised to give a refund, what he didn't of course.. so now, i'm posting this. Just wanting to let you know what are the facts: in fact: * you banner is running with 19 other banners on the site respectively other banners might have a higher impression-setting * you get about unique 150 impressions/day, what's really bad in my opinion my personal conclusion: this ad spot is a dailywaste of your advertising budget
Agreed, I also paid and was advised told that there would only be 2 other banners in rotation. When I checked the next day AFTER I LEFT FEEDBACK, there were 6. I will also join in one this I paid $10 for a 125x125 and so far have received 6 clicks... all of which bounced off the site instantly. I too will open a paypal dispute unless I am refunded. This is the 2nd banner seller that has f*cked me over. Im just gonna deal through adbrite from now on, the higher cost is worth it
