    The site I'm selling is www.lemon-info.com. The site was created by me a couple months ago (5 to be exact). I currently am too busy to promote the website so it has been sitting there. It is indexed by Google and it does have some quality backlinks (with PR3 websites).

    The website is not getting much traffic. About 10-20 unique visitors a day. Nothing to boast about. But with a little marketing it can get a lot more.

    The site values $125-175 but I'm willing to let it go for $60. I just need to get it off my hands.

    If you feel like bidding I'll start the bid at $25 with $5 increments.

    I am also willing to help with the transfer of the website.

    Currently no revanue but it does get minimal traffic and since it is indexed by Google with a little link exchanges it can get a PR of at least 2 by the next PR update.
