    I cannot agree with your comment here. There are sites which sell even for x24 their monthly revenue. It depends on the stability of monthly earnings.

    If you have a site 2 years old which is consistently making $500 per month (for 2 years) and it contains unique content and most of its traffic is from SE, it is going to sell for more than $6000 (which is just 12 months revenue)

    I had a site doing $1,450ish/month with adwords of $260ish/month for sale.
    2 years old and steady income. It has been for sale here on DP, on sitepoint and on webmaster-talk. It never sold and the last price was $3,000 !!!
    Now, it's doing about $1,800 and since nobody wants it, I keep it...

    ALL MY SITES FOR SALE ARE AT ABOUT 3 TIMES THE MONTHLY REVENUE...ALL OF THEM...

    $80...but even at $80, it will probably not sell...
