    There are no videos on the website so for that you wont have legal problems or anything related too . Easy to update and maintain , no more then 1-2 hours per day adding episodes and promoting them .

    No it`s not a fake site, the main purpose for this site was to promote an clickbank affiliate but i have seen that the potential is huge for this site . Adsense allows this kind of website, there is no protected by law content on the site so there is no problem . I have run this kind of websites with adsense for long time and have been payed always and didn`t had any problems.

    Instead of telling him the site is against google's TOS why don't you point out where in the TOS it says he can't use adsense on this type of site?

    BTW. I wish I had the cash I would buy it up in a second

I can tell you just that i have been using this kind of website for almost 1 year and got payed a lot of times and i didn`t had any problem .

    No paid advertising, my methods include only free traffic . I will teach the buyer what to do and where to promote it , so the earnings shouldn`t go down . But the site is only 2 weeks old and has a great potential , with some work you can earn a lot from it .

    Of course it is against google TOS. I myself was banned (and managed to get reversed by removing ALL ads) from AdSense for using it on a tv-stream site. No questions, just instaban!
