I will sell seperately, but you will get a better deal if you buy together

PM me if you want the links, I will not respond to people asking for a PM in this thread.

    These are both incentive sites.

To answer a few questions first and foremost.

    Site #1:

    Proof of revenue:

Traffic is about 5 uniques a day.

Ive never done any paid advertising with this site, lots of posting on forums, Ill show the buyer the best places to post to get the best response.

Ive paid out the last of the accounts, so there are no account with offers that I got paid for, but you will have to pay out. So thats all taken care of.

The site takes around 15 minutes per day to run, and a couple hours each month to get prizes.

For the first week or so you will have to spend a bit of time marketing the site, you can choose to advertise only in forums, or you can spend around $100 and do some cpc advertising or perhaps buying a few links.

    Site #2

    Revenue: http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/4813/leadzi3.jpg

    Traffic: http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/1742/websta1tc3.jpg

This one has a few accounts that still have around $200 left in offers done, but not completed enough for their prize. I will take $200 off of the final price for this site to make up for that.

Some time will need to be spent marketing this site as well, as with the above site, I can help you with marketing, point you in the right direction with forums and such, and do some promotion for you. You can also spend a little money and promote it with a CPC campaign or links.

The site itself takes around 20-30 minutes a day to run, no programming skills are needed at all.

I'd like to get rid of the sites both because Im currently working on a new site thats making more than these sites combined, and because a former affiliate company ripped me off of more than $1500 (hint: do NOT do any business with Nexus Leads, ever.)

Id like for people to make offers on these sites, Ill consider any reasonable offer. Im only interested in people that have a real interest in buying the sites. I'm open to any questions, you can post them here or send me a PM

    All PMs replied to.

I'd like to add that the thing with Nexus Leads is resolved, just a mis-understanding.

Please PM me the details for both sites.
Also: the revenue screenshot for the second site is not working.
