    I am selling a 2 month old web directory that uses the directory script called phpld. The directory has traffic and a small amount of revenue from the adbrite ads that you see on the side. The domain name is registered at godaddy and a free push will be provided with the purchase of the directory. The directory has traffic and has a lot of submissions daily. Here are the stats:

    2. Will you help move the database,etc to a new host when I need it to be moved ?
    3. What are the web space and bandwith requirement ? Sorry I had to ask you this (I can't seem to see the stats as the pages with freeimagehosting.net aren't opening although the one file on imageshack.us opened fine.)
    4."Revenue: I made about $1 with the ads that you see on the site." What happens to this ad after purchase ? is it to be removed or kept as I suppose the person has paid you for it.

    phpld version that is being used is 2.1
    once you buy the directory, you can do what you want to it, take the ads off and put your own, you can do anything..its yours! :).
    The stats open up fine for me, idk why you cant see them.
    Yes I can help with some support after sale, nothing major and yes I can move the database after the free hosting is up, free hosting includes 500mb/10gb bandwidth.

    No offence meant in the PM redz, just wanted to ask about your reserve price as I was genuinely interested in purchasing your site but I felt $100 for a PR0 directory was a bit too much thats all and Oh ! I won't PM you, sorry.
