    According to SEO Book, the term 'Student Loans' receives about 1,000,000 searches per month.
    Moreover, this niche has a really great CPC. This means, each click is worth more $$$.

    The site currently has 1700+ words of absolutely UNIQUE content handwritten by me. It will never be sold. All pages have been passed through CopyScape and no duplicate(s) were found. You can check each page manually if you want.

    The template is a free template. And pages have to be added manually.
    I've setup a config.php for easy integration of Adsense and to easily update the article page list on all pages automatically.

    I will transfer the site on your webhost if you want me to.
