Selling [WTS] 10 Article Directory sites - low bin

Due to some personal need I am looking to sell 10 of my article directory sites. The article directory has been built on wordpress using freely available theme and plugin but I have modified them to make them more profitable. The sites have great potential to make good money if given some time.

I used and currently using adf.ly to monetize the sites but due to few mistakes (bad hosting decision) I couldn't get it to a level of earnings which could support them automatically and make profit too. At first the network was growing well but my hosting was suspended and for about a month I didn't knew what to do and so the traffic dried up. currently I am getting 10-30 adfly views per day.

Sites getting average 100 to 300 visits per site, per month, according to g-analytics.

Here is what I have done to the sites:

1. Removed original homepage layout, changing it with showing only article titles. Categories have been simplified by using only main categories and added to the sidebar for a more user freindly access.

2. Added plugin to automatically add improved meta tag generation (open-graph) at the time of publishing articles (happens automatically, completely no intervention required). Helps improve SE indexing.

3. theme has been customized to change position and layout of items on page (like moving login box and dashboard links, changing sidebar width, use of custom menus)

4. Theme hacks to support showing ads to only particular group of people (in this case free members). (automated)

5. Theme hacks to show graphics logo than text logo.

6. Using plugin to reduce server load and serve static pages to make it faster.

7. currently the sites are auto-approve but can be easily changed to manually approved.

Bonus: I will also show the buyer how to run article directories off free hosting (or use different hosting accounts for article directories; without moving files) to counter hosting blackout or bandwidth exceeded problems. you can use this method to quickly change hosting in-case your primary hosting goes down. and your site will be back up within seconds dramatically minimizing any loss of traffic and exponentially improving uptime of your sites.

you can also use above method, using free hosting, only as temporary backups and switching between them and your primary hosting in case of problems or site updates.

Easy to migrate to any hosting by just unzipping files and updating SQL database.
