WTS:: 1+ yr old, SE traffic website, Great Potential.. MUST SEE!

Hello everyone,

This is the very first website I am selling so I'll try my best to describe it honestly.

The website was register on September of 2006. Not sure, but I will find out if you want.

The traffic: The website gets traffic mostly from google, its not heavy traffic, infact its just very very little traffic. However, it does come with many search phrases. The small amount of traffic is because I only have like 5 pages or so posted. All original, written by me. If you find others sites with this content, let me know so I can write to the website owner.

This was one of the first few sites I started with, I posted the few pages up and just left it there. I haven't worked on it for months and months. I checked my adsense account in late july, and I was getting clicks. I didn't know where these clicks where coming from, so I checked all my sites and and it was this one. So I put in the channels for the adsense to track it. It doesn't make much, but for the small traffic I get, it has decent conversion.

In August I made 3.90. Like I said, its not much

The potential: I have compiled a list of keywords (low supply/ good demand) which I will give to whoever buys the site (the list may be outdated, as it was compiled a while ago). Also, I have like 15 more pages (200 - 400 words each) on this topic, original written by me. It was on the site when I made it in frontpage, as I moved it to a wordpress blog format, I never posted it back up. I said I'd be honest, so I have to say.. the content is not the greatest. I wrote it with adsense on my mind, and put brief info on the topic and left adsense links right after.

When I started the site, I tested it with adwords and the conversion was good. ( Example.. For $10 I would spend for 100 clicks, I would get 25% clicks on adsense bringing me near $10 back - I don't remember the exact amount but I do remember it was near even amount back). Now, the few pages are getting traffic from google. If you could add more pages, and with more promotion, getting good traffic from google would be easy and you could easily get good profits.
