    I need a programmer who can do this job for me.

    1) Create a system for me to automatically insert ads on every first post of my forum. Here is an example of what I want. The ads must appear on top right/left or center area within the first post in every topic.

    2) This system should be able to auto-rotate 2 or more ads banner.

    I'm planning to do this on my PHPBB33 forum.
