[WTH] X-Cart Theme Modification

    Looking for experienced X-Cart programmer, debuger to tweak the x-cart skin I have. I have 4 sites that need the exact same task done to it, I need the Left-side navigation switched over to the Right so the physical text content displays /before/ the css and any other code. One site is located at:
