Hey, I have a small team of writers and due to some overwhelming response, I suddenly have some work that needs to be done. Hence, I want to expand my team. I am looking at long term association from teams that can produce at least 8,000 words a day. However, as I am building a team myself, I am not looking at paying more than 70c/100 words. The lesser you can offer the better. I am talking about 30,000 words or more per week. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE ON EITHER MSN OR YAHOO . 70c/100 words, is too less to commit for it seriously. Note sure what sort of quality you are looking for this price. My suggestion to you is, atleast make an offer starting with $1 per 100 words. Do some work on your rates, and you will find many writers willing to work with you. I am ok if you are fine with $1 for 100 words to start with. And off course minus your guidelines of being available all the time. This is open market and freelancing space. Get some one, give him work and take deliveries and just go on. Very simple!
Thanks for the advice peaceful soul but i am looking for applicants and not advice. also, just to let you know, i prefer working on my conditions and have a successful team working at that rate.
