I am looking to hire a Wordpress theme developer for ongoing work of about 1-2 projects a month. PSDs would be provided, so it would just be coding. The right person: 1. Should code in exceptionally clean, simple CSS3 code that validates. 2. Have a good portfolio of Wordpress themes (these would be judged on their coding, not design). 3. Have experience in creating custom functions, theme options and creating solutions for tricky Wordpress problems. 4. Should do things the correct way. Hi Sojan, thanks for your comment. Perhaps you are what I am looking for. I do web design myself and have noted the shift in my style from finding a way, any way, that works - mostly without understanding why or how it works - to now ensuring that I do things the right way. If you mean you are a code hacker in that you write tricky, custom solutions to problems, then you are exactly what I am looking for. As long as what you write is correct, flexible and won't fall apart.
well am like some who likes to sacrifice sleep , when there is a good problem worth solving. well my background is mainly c++ learned at school . then i started creating small html sites, learned css, then worked using platforms like social go , . now started writing my own application mainly in php , also i use lot of jquery for my user interfaces. i won't call my self a guru in this technologies, but hm i been able to make codes that work . well currently i am like looking forward for working along with some projects to sharpen my skills more. the reason why i joined digital point is for that. so always feel free to contact me if there is anything i can help you with. we can just get to know whether am skilled enough for your projects and it be a good learning experience fore me
