Well, pretty much, that guy tried to get his money back even after I did his work AND got him to the top of Google. I said if he was not in the top 5 he'd get refunded, but he was number 3 and he asked me for his money back, and when I refused since I met my agreement AND PayPal denied his claim, he did a charge back with his credit card company, and of course they granted it. Basically he wanted my services for free, and I wasn't having it.
