[WTH] Wordpress Programmer

I need to hire someone who knows how to make a Worpress blog SEO friendly. Surely the inner pages could come out better than "blog/?p=37" --
for example.

I'd like to get this work done today if possible, so please PM me if you're a Wordpress pro who knows how to best optimize the thing.
