WTH: WordPress Guru to fix WP template (High iTrader a must)

    I'd like to hire a WordPress Guru to tweak my WP template.

    Basically, I want to take a current design (sixmonthstodebtfree.com) and:

    1. Add an additional column for easy ad placement without messing up the existing template.
    2. Be able to easily control the placement and order of *all* the items on my sidebar without having to dig into my code (perhaps you know of a simple plugin?)

    Please only send a quote if you have a strong iTrader reputation (higher than 25).

    In your reply, please include:
    1. Your name and contact information.
    2. Examples of your work or experience working with WP.
    3. A reasonable quote, including a deadline.

    If you do not include these three things, I will delete your message.
