[WTH] Wordpress expert to customise a theme !

    Hi .
    I am runing into some trouble with my WP blog.
    the blog is Technology Engage
    I need you to do this :
    1 : fix / instal a thumbnail plugin so that a thumbnail pic should appear on the first page for each post.
    2: Fix the homepage so that recent posts should appear on the first page regardless of the categories. ( first page shows posts only from the default category )
    3: Remove a box grom the single post file . Check the blog, surf any post, you will see that between the text and the comment box, theres a little box with nothing on it except a text Wordpress ( not visible in IE ) .


    My budget is low, arround 10-15 $, so if you care to help and the price is good for you, the hit me a PM .
