I am looking to hire a developer that has a significant amount of experience working with all facets of Wordpress...including CSS/XHTML conversion (from PNG, AI, or PSD file), PHP and JS. Some of the clients I work with require sites that are pixel perfect in all browsers...so knowledge of browser quirks (especially IE) is an absolute must. I am flexible with cost (doesn't have to be cheap and I realize that you get what you pay for) but I would need to have someone that can communicate effectively and can deliver when promised. Most projects I'd send over could require a 24-48 hour turnaround....so let me know if you'd be comfortable with that (I'd also adjust the cost accordingly in those cases). I am located in Los Angeles (GMT -8:00) and would love to work with someone that is within 3 hours of me.
