[WTH] Wordpress Designer/Coder

    I need a WP coder to transform a PSD I have into a magazine theme for WP.

    Requirements:
    1. Under $150
    2. US or UK based (Aus or NZ okay too)
    3. On MSN/AIM/Yahoo (add me to discuss further)
    4. A cool guy!
