[WTH] Wordpress coder

    Looking for an excellent Wordpress coder to convert these PSDs.

    You can download the PSDs from here:

    http://kreatified.com/TOM.zip

    The theme should include:

    1. Homepage
    2. A default blog page
    3. A default single page (same as blog page)
    4. A default page with no sidebar (for MLS codes and the like)
    5. Listings page (You can install the nextgen plugin for photo gallery or whatever you'd like to recommend. The photos and the tour I can create them.)

    Please let me know the cost and the timeline as soon as possible.

    Is it just convert to wordpress theme? or you need other functionality like custom search function?

    Do you also need the other plugins installed or you just want theme changed?
