[WTH] website designer

As mention in th title, I'm looking for a reliable web designer to design a website for me. I think that I'm kinda disappointed with some the designer thread mention that they can provide a design within shortest time but all I get end of the day is empty promise and disappoinment with all sorts of exec uses.

Ill just post here on what I want to enlighten my job to re-paste everything again and again.

Hi,You say the job is a "web hosting website". Does this mean that you will need to sell your hosting online and accept payments through paypal, etc., or is it just to display the information? In other words, is it an Ecommerce website you want?Thanks,TAJ

 

nop., i prefer something like cms which I can edit the content myself in future.

 

Hi, a webhosting website which sells various hosting package that accepted paypal? but i assume that my hosting site will integrated with WHCMS which comes with auto billing system..
