I am looking to hire a graphics and web designer to work along-side my site programmer. The aim is to have a re-design and working with the designer, meet a specific criteria to create the website and periodically make modifications. Once the main design on the website is over, I will be asking for some promotional material from time to time and maybe some small changes to the site. You will be paid 25% on a profit sharing basis as long as you are still in our staff team, regardless of how much or little work you are doing, but I do ask you make the graphics requested, although you can throw in your opinion. The site will not be open for a while yet so profit will not start to roll into for 1-2 months, but this is a long-term position of which you have very little work to do once the site set-up is complete so this is worthwhile in my opinion. The URL is available upon request. You should have experience in web-design and preferably a portfolio I can view (but do not worry if you do not). The site domain and hosting is already set up so you can start straight away with the programmer. Henceforth, a pre-designed template has already been installed, but this will probably not be used for long as I am asking for a major modification in general, but nothing complicated in the way of design. This site is expected to be a great success as it is the first of its kind on the Web and it will be for a game which attracts more than 350,000 active players, which only started 9 months ago and has major gaming names behind it. The programmer would be the one to design all systems, the designer had to create templates and other graphics, convert it to html/css and work with the programmer to integrate it, whilst the programmer would also install scripts, handle the database and fix bugs etc. Anyway, thankyou for your interest but this position has now been filled with a 12 month contract.
