[WTH] Website designer, easy job!

    Hello,

    I was wondering if it would be possible to clone this design exactly (http://arglos.deviantart.com/art/Fil...theme-77466402) and code it! It shouldn't be that hard but I'm not an expert and can't code a valid design using div and css! Please tell me how much this will cost and please make sure you can provide a working demo or screenshot so I can check it out before I buy it... When you send a PM or post a reply, a link to a portfolio would be nice...
