[WTH] Web site designer

    I'm looking for someone who can help me design a site with a header similar to http://www.work-at-home-vault.com/ with mouse over on the categories and will show sub categories. I will also need newsletter option and a landing page some where but that's on a later stage.

    Don't give me a ridiculous price quote, you are just wasting both me and your time because I won't reply to those replies.
