[WTH] Web site designer

    I am looking for someone (1 for now) to help me with some web site design, my budget is about $20-$25, I know its doable. I don't need a full blown web site coded in PHP or flash, I just need an html template with css and images and with unique design that looks web 2.0 not the 90s, you know round corners and stuff?

    PM me your porfolio if interested, if all goes well this will lead to long term.
