[WTH] Web Development Team

Looking to hire a team of developers that can handle high volume orders and deliver them in a timely manner. Site must be custom design, with an average of about 5 pages. These need to be attractive, but simple. I am paying about $185 USD per website (more for specialty orders). It doesn't matter what country you are from, as long as you can communicate effectively in English. I will be your sole contact, orders will be given via PDF's with all the information you will need. Communication will be done over phone, email, and/or IM.

Payments will be made either by Paypal or wire transfer, your choice. For the first week, payments will be made upon completion. If everything goes smoothly that week, we can negotiate other terms (if desired).
