WTH(want to hire) animated banner designer

Hello, i'm looking for a designer to design animated banners for one of my sites(i really suck at animated stuff)

I will provide the taglines and the logo, you just need to animate it and add some extras to it, and port it to the following sizes:

Leaderboard (728 x 90)
Banner (468 x 60)
Wide Skyscraper (160x600)
Skyscraper (120x600)
Button (125x125)

the chosen designer will have a simmliar job for 2 more sites in the future

2 banners were done, i didn't like the rest 3, and the designer didn't want to remake them

so i'm looking for an other designer(no newbies) to do the rest 3 animated banners:
