Hey guys, I run a design/development firm and just had my flash developer move on (got a job in offline world) so I need a replacement. Work is minimal, probably 1-3 projects a month. Majority of it is fairly simple but I can only do minimal effects in flash and focus my time on adobe / code integration. Down the road it could develop into a more work as my company grows (which it will and has) I basically want a reliable individual who can occasionally be on call for me in the Flash arena - it'd be great if they knew other designs as well (more to come) Send your info via PM only please Requirements: (which means if you don't have them - don't PM or post) 1) US-based (you live here) 2) Fluent english & type it that way 3) 2 years of Flash/Actionscript experience 4) Portfolio of AT LEAST 6 previous flash menus/presentations, etc you can show (and show they're yours) 5) Use email regularly and (rarely) be available via Phone 6) Work efficiently and MAKE DEADLINES 7) Hold relative business hours (in other words, you're online from 10:00-5:00ish and I don't have to contact you at 1am) Bonuses: (these make me happy) 1) Adobe / Illustrator experience 2) HTML/DHTML experience I'd like to know plenty about you, so list all of your online skills (content creation, programming, computer languages known, experience with control panels, etc) The more "guru" you are, the more work I may send your way. PAY: At work completion, always on time via Paypal or cashier's check. Very large projects you may receive a portion mid-progress I have the project I need below done and I want quotes on it. I understand that quality means more money and I'm definitely ok with that. I WANT to pay AT LEAST $15 an hour for your services, which means if you're a $6-$8 an hour kinda guy, DON'T PM ME. The reason for this is that people who have enough industry experience and are good enough, can obviously charge what they are worth - in regards to this, you need to work efficiently and pay attention to instructions. If you actually read all of this, I want you to include the word "chili" in the subject line of the PM that you send me. That helps me recognize someone who looks for detail. 1st Project: I have a US-map (image is already done) that is divided by state. I need the ability for someone to rollover a state, it highlight nicely (or another effect that distinguishes it) and be linked to a certain page. This shouldn't be ridiculously hard. I want you to tell me a price and how long it would take you (how many hours) and then how long before I get it delivered. SO recap: PM me only with: 1) Resume / Portfolio 2) Make sure you meet all requirements 3) All the guru jazz you can do 4) Quote on project (cost, time, delivery) 5) Your average hourly rate Any questions? Looking forward to some positive results, thanks!
