You want an individual who is a top notch programmer and top notch artist? Given they are traditionally conflicting disciplines thats a tall order; you might be best going to 2advanced or Blitz Agency if you want the best developers and artists around; but they wont be the same person but a team with specalisms in each field respectively. Is that what you want (a team) or just an individual who is both a godly artist and godly programmer?
