WTH Talented designer

I'm running a gaming website focused on delivering news about the industry, and we're planning to launch a new site.

That's why I am in need of a designer, who could create our new look. I already have some (very) raw drawings of how it should look:



Since the site will be accessible for ALOT of people, we want people who actually know what they're doing, but are still affordable. If you think that you can meet our demands at a resonable price ($100-150), PM with your previous work, what you can do and how much money you're requesting.

Yes, the design will be powered by Wordpress-MU (And more specifically, BuddyPress).
