I need some help with setting up and configuration of Sugar CRM. What i would like to be able to do is create different projects for each of my products. for each product i would import a list of potential customers, Telephone numbers, Emails, Etc... then these customers will be sent a email from Sugar CRM with a PDF attached. After a few days one of my staff will login to Sugar CRM and see the selected list of potential customers and make follow up calls to them, and then leave feedback in the CRM about each call made. I would also like some support with importing the raw potential customer information.
