Like the title says, I am looking for someone who is familiar with Pligg CMS and is able to code modules and fix issues with the system. I have a Pligg CMS website which has certain issues that needs to be fixed. In addition, I may need the person to upgrade the site to the latest Pligg version and update the template so that it works with the latest version of Pligg.
