WTH - Someone who can build a website from scratch - including content

I am looking for someone who can make websites for me, including design and content. Each website will have around 5 pages and I'll provide you with the subject for the website, domain name and hosting.

I will first try a couple of websites to start with and if I like your work, I'll buy 10-15 more.

An example - If I need a website to be made for promoting the SEO Book and need 4-5 pages of unique content, how much would you charge for the entire site (design+ content).

Like I said in my thread, I need around 10-15 sites to be made so please quote prices accordingly.
