    I need someone to upload 10 of the best free Joomla Themes (and add thumbnail link).
    Also, Drupal, Xoops and some CSS themes.

    If it's just a matter of downloading and uploading and you provide the urls and the files aren't massive, I'll do it for under 5$.

    Its a pretty simple process....download the zip
    Upload it, write a one or two sentence (copied from the site/or not) desc add the url for thumbnail. Then done :)
