WTH - Someone to solve a Wordpress - mySQL problem

    I'm facing a problem with my Wordpress Blog , sometimes my site stop working and occur an error : " Error Establishing A Database Connection " ( but there're only about 250 users online at that time - not too much ) - If you have large knowledge about wordpress , I think you will know about this error
    When I check the log file , I see that the server automatically send request to itself over and over again ,it make mySQL not responding and my site crash for a while
    I need a person who know about Wordpress , mySQL as well as linux server to solve this problem and he has to be a high itrader and rep. member , so that I can give him root access on my server
