WTH someone to rewrite 3000+ short articles

    i have an article site for which i would like all of the content rewritten, each article must be read, understood and then rewritten in your own words, you must have a good understanding of English and all article must be grammatically correct. you can not use an online rewriting tool to complete this job.

    please give me some quotes on price and timescale, there are about 3100 short articles and they must be rewritten using 100 words minimum - 150 words maximum.
