[WTH] Someone to remake a Banner

    I have some kind of promotion banner:

    This banner is placed here on this advert-page, where it is filled with promotion offers.

    I am not satisfied with this banner. it is not professional enough. I am looking for someone to remake this banner for a descent price (<$10). It has to be really better then it is now.

    Please reply in this thread with your price, a link to your portfolio and your turnaround time....
