[WTH] Someone To put ads Over The JWPlayer

so what i need is someone to be able to put ads over the jw player like here http://www.zshare.net/video/62107079860ee782/ so that i can put in my own html/javascript ad would also be nice when someone clicks close the video plays (tho not needed)

JW Player has already a plugin for this, forgot which one try searching it on their site http://www.longtailvideo.com/

 

i have tried their plugin cant get it working with my site for some stranger reason

eh i could do this for $10 iv worked with jeroens player for years
