[WTH] Someone to make me a quick 5 page website

I usually don't hire people to make websites but I'm rushed for time and one of my clients needs the site within the next month.

My Client likes this site:

My client doesn't need the site optimizing just making, the domain name and 1 year hosting.

The site should be very similar to the vw site, but its for a different car manufacture. They want the same layout and navigation etc..

If anyone can make me this site please contact me with the completion price including a domain name and hosting.
