I need someone to implement a payment system through paypal for my advertising network. It uses an API, whic I'll provide, so all you have to do is make a payment page, which redirects to paypal. Paypal should connect to my server with the API, tell the server if the advertiser paid. Then the server should deposit the amount paid into the account. Please quote a price, or ask for more info
