[WTH] Someone to do Business Plan

    I need to find someone or two people who can bring TampaResumeRepair to life.

    I need someone (preferably with SEO/webdesign experience)who can transform ideas and visions into a step-by-step business plan and requirements that a Web person can take to create 3-5 visually appealing web pages.

    Rate would be $2.50/hr for each hired person. Task would take about 10-15 hrs.

    Here's more details to the project:

    1. Someone to develop Business Plan ..... and this is a bit different than traditional business plan perhaps I should call it website requirements .... looking for steps to get this off the ground and how the website would be created and go together .
    2..Someone to take the plan and create the website ,...... they would require HTML experience.
