[WTH] Someone to design cool 700 x 150 header/logo - $10

    I need a 700 x 150 px. header with a white background, dark blue for the name of the site, and a cartoonish detective with a magnifying glass to the right of the name. I am open to different ideas and looks as long as it looks professional.
