I'm building out a new site, which will include a directory. I have a license to PHP Link Directory 3.0. I don't want to bother with mussing around with it myself to figure out how to impliment the site's design into it. So, I want to hire someone who's familiar with it to do it for me. The site is heavily based upon vBulletin, so some knowledge of that would be useful, or at the very least you should know PHP.
