depends on how complex it is, and how pretty you want it to be. if your looking for just functionality, it's probably a 10-20 hour job if you want it to look beautiful add 20 hours to that if you want your own ideas put in? add 10 hours for that. I charge $25/h but from the sounds of it, your not very serious about this.
