WTH Someone that can help me set up a hosting company

    Hi,

    Im looking to hire someone experienced to help me set up a hosting site for me. You will need to be experienced and know what you are doing, im not in the hosting business but would like to extent my existing business that offers other web solutions with it, so i really need someone that knows what he/she is doing.

    I will need a shared hosting set up and WHMCS integrated,

    Why not just resell hosting? ie: hostgator

    It's just my opinion, you can consider it as an advice from someone in the tech scene. The hosting thing no longer makes money. Competition is fierce. If you want to sell shared hosting (assuming you are going to have a dedicated server), so I estimate that you'll lose money more than you make.

    Make the math. Some shared hosting (20GB monthly bandwidth, and 2GB space) sells for $1.99 a month. What about customer support, you'll outsource it? Bad support, bad reputation. Considering the high cost of a dedicated server, you'll barely make any income. It's only a headache.

    The industry is heading to creative hosting: Cloud. Call your hosting server a cloud server, and charge the double. Offer easy deployment, app manager (like Heroku), Git support, a Pay as you go plan... Now you might make money on that. Node is host. You can consider offering a Node Cloud service.

    Guys I already have a company that offers websolutions for the local businesses, the hosting will be just to get more clients that already has hosting from other companies but no good design or support. So please i know the hosting industry is overfull and my intentions are not to compete with these hosts, its just to get clients that want my other products.

    You can use HostGator reseller program.
    Or try QuadraHosting.
    Both of them can setup hosting business for you.
    Anyway cloud is just another name for hosting *_^
