[WTH] Social network submission, directories, link building... $$$

Am looking for a competent person to:

* set up social networking profiles, add sites / pages etc (necessary)
* add to directories (necessary)

* article submission (not necessary, but beneficial)
* blogging (not necessary, but beneficial)

must have at least a basic understanding of page rank / seo (I would not want my sites added to any website that is PR0)

I am an easy going person so I will not work you to death or get angry
though I would ask for every website you submit to be recorded in a spreadsheet - with the page rank of the website.

I will be honest - I am looking for someone quite cheap - around $0.75 - $1.50 per hour.

If you can create websites (html,design,php) or write content this would be a major benefit - though this is not necessary.

If you meet the grade this will be ongoing, as many as 3 days per week.
