[WTH] Skilled internet surfer to gather e-mails from specific cities & businesses

I need someone to gather e-mail addresses from websites that are from specific cities and specific businesses within those cities (i.e. restaurants, beauty salons, etc.). This person should have an iTrader of at least 5, be from the U.S., have high speed internet, and be experienced enough with the internet to know quick ways to search for the e-mail addresses that I need.

Payment is 10 cents per e-mail address that fills the needed criteria (city and type of business). E-mail addresses need to be on a Word or Excel document that lists the business name, e-mail address, city and type of business. I would like to have the list within 24 hours.
