[WTH] SEO Expert

As the title says I'm on the lookout for a SEO expert.This service is not about building links or increasing the link popularity.I need some who can tweak my site so that google indexes my page quickly and also retains it.
Here are the problems I'm facing:

1.My site's posts are getting indexed and de-indexed later.

2.Even if they are indexed only home page is shown in google instead of the exact post link [I'm using Wordpress]

3.My site has about 5000 posts but only 300 are indexed.

I took some time to research about this, some advised that my sitemaps are not working properly and meta tags are not proper.I'm not an expert in SEO either and I'm not willing to take risk.So if you think you can index my site's pages and tweak my site PM me with a quote.I'm not looking for a noob and services like link building.

Pm me your previous work experiences also.Your itrader must be atleast 50+.Include your quote in the PM.
