Hi there guys I have been looking for some time now for a SEO Professional to optimise my arcade website for me but I haven't had any luck YET! So Here goes, I want all the SEO work will be done off-page but i would also like advise for how to optimise the arcade on-page. your website is 1mth old $150 isnt going to get you first page at all, also you will be sandboxed by google as its a new site. pay for backlinks and article submission and you will raise up the ranks naturally.

They are right you can not work on that quick since you are targeting high keyword. Maybe you can just hire our services and help you to improve your rank better.
I think you should pay someone to do keyword research for you first. A #5 position for "free arcade games" will net at most 150 visits per day. As long as you've got a huge budget why not go for serious search terms such as "free online games". That would get you a nice 5,000 visitors per day if you crack top 5.
