SEO contest should be done like this..lol this shows you have no clue..if everyone is working on the same page then how they hell will you tell who has done the work best.
The first thing you need to have is on page SEO before you go for the off page one. So, you should start with changing the permalink structure. And as silent_thunder mentioned, the way you asked is not appropriate, you should give test pages to every interested single person so that you know who did what.
